Savouries
- Best enjoyed within 30 days of preparation
- Keep them in a cool, dry place
- Once opened, store in an airtight container
Sweets
- Best enjoyed within 14 days (2 weeks)
- Refrigerate immediately at 2°C – 4°C
- Take them out before serving so they return to room temperature — this brings out the best flavour
