  • Delivery Updates: Tracking details will be shared once your package has been dispatched.
  • Delays: If there is a delay, our team will notify you promptly.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Process: Customers must raise a request within 3 days of delivery with proof (photo/video).
  • Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days once approved.

Note: As our products are perishable, opened or consumed sweets and savouries cannot be returned.

  • Damaged or spoiled items during transit will be replaced.
  • Replacement requests must include order details and photographs.
